Asociación Colegial de Escritores de Andalucía (ACE Andalucía) han decidido, por unanimidad, conceder el II PREMIO MECENAS DE LA LITERATURA ANDALUZA “MANUEL ALTOLAGUIRRE” al escritor D. RAFAEL DE CÓZAR (a título póstumo) y a la OBRA SOCIAL DE LA FUNDACIÓN BANCARIA UNICAJA
